Router has not arrived

Hello,

We have a technician arriving tomorrow to install the Internet but our router has not arrived (order number xxxxxxxxx) when I check the status order I see details about the technician arriving but nothing about the router. We have had problems with our mail arriving so I want to make sure the router has not been returned to sender.

If we need to speak to customer service, is there a way to be connected to an English speaker?

      @user_dfcbf9 Yes, there are certainly employees in the team who speak English.

      Please fill in your profile details so that the Telekom-Hilft team can contact you:
      a) Click on your avatar at the top right.
      b) Select "My settings".
      c) Enter your customer number and telephone number and under "Further information" enter a time slot for a callback.
      d) For identification purposes, please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready.

      Then please leave a short message here.

      are there any devices that you have not returned? If not, that would explain why you are still being charged.

      Oh I didn't realise there was an expectation to return the router. What should I do to return it?

      Hi @user_dfcbf9

       

      Here https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/miete/ you can create a return label.

      With this you can send the router back to us. Then the rental contract for the device will be cancelled.
