Seit gestern bekommt mein Router vom Glasfaser Modem nur noch für kurze Zeiträume eine IP

Ich habe leider seit gestern morgen folgende Probleme mit meinem Glasfaseranschluss: Der Router bekommt per pppoe nur für kurze Zeiträume eine IP. Die meiste Zeit gibt es keine. Wenn eine IP da ist, dann ist die Internetverbindung tadellos. Das gilt dann aber nur für kurze Zeit.
Mein Setup ist folgendermaßen: Ich habe ein Glasfaser Modem 2 von der Telekom und dahinter meine eigene ubiquiti Infrastruktur. Der Router ist eine USG-4 Pro. Letzterer hat die nötige pppoe Konfiguration und monatelang lief alles gut. Ich habe auch seit Monaten nichts geändert.
Ich habe mir mal die UI des Modems angeschaut, da wird auch eine grünes Häkchen angezeigt, wenn der Router gerade keine IP bekommt. Ich hab alle Geräte mal neugestartet und bei dem Modem sogar mal einen 10s reset gemacht. Das änderte jedoch nichts.

Jetzt weiß ich nicht wie ich das ganze weiter untersuchen kann, bzw was sinnvolle nächste Schritte wären, um das Problem zu lösen. Bei der Störungsmeldung per Telefon weiß ich nicht so genau was ich sagen soll, um das Problem zu beschreiben. Ich bin ja noch nicht einmal sicher, ob das Problem auf jeden Fall auf eine Störung hindeutet. Ich vermute es schon, da ja nix anders ist im Setup als vorher und es sogar anfing während wir im Urlaub waren.

Nicht alles glauben was im Log steht!
Woher soll der Router wissen, ob das Modem die Verbindung verliert.
Der Router weiß nicht mal das es ein Modem gibt

Entweder gibt es eine Störung hinter dem OLT (denn das Modem bleibt ja grün)
oder in der Ethernetverbindung vom Router zum Modem oder am Router selbst.

Danke. Habe soeben die Störung gemeldet und der nette Mitarbeiter hat das entsprechend weitergeleitet, weil da irgendwas nicht stimmt. Soll jetzt zeitnah Rückmeldung bekommen von dem Team, das für diesen wholebuy(?) Anschluss zuständig ist.

Es ist eine Stoerung. Die IP-Adresse wird deinem Router auch nicht vom Modem sondern von der "PPPoE Gegenstelle" zugewiesen (das Modem ist eigentlich eher eiin Geraet wie ein Switch, es setzt nur die Frames von einem Port auf einen anderen um). Ob die Verbidungsabbrueche nun am MModem liegen (das die Weiterleitung der Frames nicht immer richtig hinbekommt) oder an der Telekom Leitung an die das Modem angeschlossen ist, muss der Support der Telekom feststellen ...
Timeout waiting for PADO packets
Das bedeutet, dass der Router wartet, dass sich die "PPPoE Gegenstelle" meldet, und das nicht innerhalb des dafuer vogesehen Timeouts passsiert. Das gehoert zum Aufbau der PPPoE Verbindung (nicht der Timeout sondern das "warten auf PADO") und wenn die aufgebaut ist, werden darueber dann deinem Router die IPv4 Adresse und der IPv6 Praefix zugewiesen; wenn die PPPoE Verbindung abbricht, werden die dann durch den Verbindungsabbruch wieder ungueltig.
