SIP-Trunk CompanyFlex - problem

Hi,
since yesterday I have a problem with the execution of outgoing calls in SIP-Trunk CompanyFlex.
Nothing was changed on my part, it just stopped working.
Incoming calls work without any problem.
On an INVITE sent I get 100 Trying, then 403 Forbidden.

      Hi @grzywanski,

       

      on which device you register your SIP-Trunk? Which network devices do you use? Any Firewalls?

      the problem no longer exists.
      The situation improved after the DNS changes came in

      ;; ANSWER SECTION:
      _sip._tcp.xXxXxXX.primary.companyflex.de. 1638 IN SRV 30 0 5060 d-ecp-607.edns.t-ipnet.de.
      _sip._tcp.xXxXxXX.primary.companyflex.de. 1638 IN SRV 10 0 5060 ffm021-l02-mav-pc-cd-001-tnor.edns.t-ipnet.de.
      _sip._tcp.xXxXxXX.primary.companyflex.de. 1638 IN SRV 20 0 5060 h2-ecp-607.edns.t-ipnet.de.

       

      I am using Asterisk PBX version 18.23.1, the problem also occurred on Freeswitch 1.10.11.
      Purchase of which AudioCodes device should I consider for my service ?
