Speaking with someone for moving my connection to a new address in English

Hello, is there someone I can speak with on the phone about transferring my internet connection to my new address in english? I tried the customer service helpline (0800 330 XXX-XXX) but was not able to understand much.

      @Louisa G. my appointment was cancelled for today with a notice of about 2 hours. May I know what caused this and for when can I get a new appointment?

      Hey,

       

      thanks for your renewed message. I'm very sorry that the installation date was canceled. The reason given was due to construction problems. However, I can't see exactly what the reason is 😕 Our field service is responsible for the installation date.

       

      Please contact our scheduling department again at Telekom_FTTH_Gigabit_Terminierung@telekom.de or 062143274740 so that they can check again whether a new appointment can be booked and so that you can then arrange an appropriate appointment.

      Hello @Louisa G. @Timur K. . Unfortunately a new appointment can't be booked for unseeable future. There seems to be a delay on Telekom side to setup fibre optic in my building. I have requested the cancellation of my fibre optic contract. As well, for my previous connection, at my old address, I believe that one is to be cancelled too. Could you please share the status of that with me?

      Have you already been in contact with our colleagues in scheduling via the phone number or e-mail? If so, what were you told?

      As we discussed, I think it's a shame that you no longer want the fiber optic contract 😕 I have canceled the fiber optic contract as requested and terminated the VDSL connection at the old address as of 11.03.25. You will also receive the confirmation of cancellation and termination by e-mail 👍🏽

       

      I have also sent you the return slip for the old router by e-mail 👍🏽 You must return the new fiber optic router via www.telekom.de/retoure, stating the delivery note number and zip code.
