Hello, is there someone I can speak with on the phone about transferring my internet connection to my new address in english? I tried the customer service helpline (0800 330 XXX-XXX) but was not able to understand much.

that is correct! Should these terms not be suitable for you or you have any second guesses about the previously discussed terms, the 14-day period of revoking the contract is still ongoing.
