Speed Phone 12 not working

Hello,
I don't speak german and am having a hard time getting any help via chat or phone, so I thought I would try here. My internet is working, but I can't get the phone to work. The phone says the Voip connection is inactive and I follow instructions and reset the phone, rebooted the router, and I try to go online to login for the landline, but it only shows my mobile contracts. It says online that to register the landline and then link the two accounts, but to register it I have to give another email address than the one that is on the mobile contracts. That doesn't seem right and I am afraid to register another account under another email. Not sure what else to do. Please help.

What Router (Speedport or FritzBox) do you have? To check the voip connection, u have to login to your router.

@Andreas__ I have SpeedPort. How do I log into the router? I thought I did this, but maybe I did it wrong.

I have a two of questions:
1. When you look at your routers LDE, is “Telefonie” on?
If not, please connect your phone via DECT .
2. Are you trying to get into your “Kundencenter”?
It sounds like it, but to configure your phone, you need to go into your router’s menu. You can reach it, if you write “speedport.ip” in the browser's address bar. I would provide the further path, but to do so, I need to know your Speedport model.
