Speedport 4 Lan funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem. Am 25.08.2021 habe ich meinen Internetanbieter gewechselt. Speedport Smart 4 ist angeschlossen und WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur Lan stellt mich vor eine unlösbare Aufgabe. Ich kann keine Verbindung herstellen und brauch nun eure Hilfe. Ohne die Lan-Verbindung kann ich nicht arbeiten und telefonisch bekommt man leider niemanden (außer Mrs.Roboter) ans Telefon.
