Speedport 4 wi-fi keeps disconnecting

Hello there,
I hope it's okay that I post in English.
I have a MagentaZuhause L DSL plan with a Speedport Smart 4R Typ B router, which I rent from Telekom.
Recently, my internet connection has been dropping regularly, and it's up to 20 times a day over the past few days. I've already run diagnostic checks several times using the MeinMagenta app, and the reports showed no issues. I've also tried restarting the router, but the problem still persists.
A technician came last week to install the fiber distribution box in the basement. Could that be the reason for the unstable connection? Or do you have any suggestions that might help solve this issue?

I’m sorry that you are having such issues with your internet connection.
It might help to check the router's firmware update.
Router firmware update: Check if a newer firmware version is available for your router and perform the update.
Restarting the router: You have already done this, but perhaps you can perform a full reset and then reconfigure it.
Checking the cabling: Make sure all cables are properly connected and not damaged.
