Speedport Pro WLAN Router keeps reconnecting

Hallo zusammen,

My Speedpost Pro Plus WLAN Router keeps reconnecting and disconnecting itself all the time for a week already.

The router is already at the latest version and I performed so many times of diagnosis from the app and Telekom website, and it keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with it being detected.

I really need some help to solve this as I am working from home and I really need a stable internet.

Thank you very much.

@Ceci L:  Welcome to the Community! Does the Pro "only" lose the DSL connection or does the router restart? What do the system messages say? What tariff do you have? Please show us a screenshot of this page:

@Coole Katze thank you very much for your help. The router is working for now, just need Telekom to fix the persistence disconnecting and reconnecting issue.

Have a good night and a great weekend!

    Hello @Ceci L,

I'd like to call you and create a ticket for the technical department.

Could you please note a callback number where I can reach you here in your profile, maybe a cellphone number?

And please tell me here when you are ready. We're here at the weekend, too.

    Kind regards Inga Kristina J.

    Hello @Inga Kristina J.

Thank you very much for reaching out!

I have already added my phone number in my profile, let me know if it doesn't show.

Is it okay if we have the call at 6pn today?
