Speedport Pro Plus restarting without reason ( 4 times in last 24 Hours )

My Speedport has started to reboot at random.
Here are the log entries:
any help would be appreciated

Just a few thoughts:
There's a reboot button on the back of the router. Is there a chance that the button gets pressed accidentally in your setup?
Also, check if the Smart 4 Plus is running the latest firmware (010142.3.8.001.0) and update if possible.
If the potential causes above can be ruled out, please complete you community profile with your customer ID ("Kundennummer"), a number for the support team to call you back on plus a time frame when a return call is suitable for you. If the router is rented from DT or

Thank you for your answer.
The reset button was not pressed ( no one comes near it and some of the times are in the middle of the night ).
I think firmware is up to date:
Firmware version:120141.6.0.013.0
Date of firmware:2023-05-11
My Kundennummer is in my profile so let's see if support will contact me.

Just realizing you have a Speedport Pro Plus, not Speedport 4 Plus. Doesn't make much a difference however, let's wait for the support team...

I also changed the address you received your bills to.
The return label is in the new box, so you just have to exchange it and sent it back to us.
But I forgot to tell you in our conversation, that you benefit from our fiber optic expansion. You can already order a fiber optic tariff. This means you also initiate the expansion at your address. You keep your current tariff until fiber is fully rolled out, and then it will only be switched over. Should we register you for the fiber optic expansion? 🎉

Regarding fiber optic I am not sure what it looks like financially - what is the price difference in comparison to my current setup?

Of course, very glad you asked.
Since it would be a switch from DSL to fiber optics, the monthly costs would be 47.95 euros. You would then need a new router for 7.95 euros per month with an integrated modem or a fiber optic modem for a one-time fee of 49.99 euros. You can connect any router to this modem. 😊👍 I would also take care of all the technical details and do all the work for you.
