I ordered MagentaZuhause M Hybrid on March 2, 2024 and the desired date for installation was March 8, 2024. I haven't received any further information from Telekom yet. Also, I didn't receive the router and the associated devices. I would be grateful for any information you can give me about my order.

Hello @allengeorge , I couldn't catch you by phone, that's why I'm writing in this thread.
As mentioned I booked you the unlimited data for 30 days and now the best part: We got a new activation date on the 25th of March.
You received a new e-mail and I would appreciate, if you can confirm this.
