Stuck while adding existing contract to my customer account

I created this account before I ordered my landline contract. Now my contract has started. I am following guide on adding Telekom contract. System asked landline number assigned to me, I gave it. It found my customer number, I proceeded. But at the last step, it gave me an error and told me to restart process.
When I tried to do the same again, this time it tells me to complete Telekom Login information. I think I am stuck in a state that can be solved by customer service manually. Can you help?

Hey there @Mck89,
If I'm following correctly the account you're creating right now is just the regular customer account and you're trying to connect it with your "Telekom-hilft Community" profile, is that right?

Hello, no. I created telekom-hilft profile first. But with the same credentials, I can login to Vodafone Customer Center. So I thought it is a global Telekom Account for all telekom domain. At least what I know is same email address can be used for forums and customer center. And when I followed add contract guide, I almost succeeded-but got an error at the last page.
At this point, I am not creating account but trying to add my contract to existing account.

Thanks a lot @Khaled A. . Adding new email address solved the problem. Now I can login and see my contracts etc.
