There are areas which themselves are not affected by the flooding, but which get internet service via installations that were flooded or have no power.

 

I can't tell if this is the case for you, but I'll highlight this thread to the @telekomhilft team, maybe they can find out what's going on with your connection and when it will be available again. It may take some time, the support teams are very busy right now, as you can imagine...

I just tried calling you but unfortunately no one picked up.
Due to the current situation, Trier, the city you live in, has issues in regards to connecting to the landline / internet.
We are trying our best to solve this problem as soon as possible, but unfortunately a lot of damage has been done.

I also can't give an estimation on how long it's going to take.

Sorry I am at work I saw you called me now. For now I have one month free Internet thank.  But for later I'm not sure. I hope it will be solved quickly thanks for the time.
