Technician Appointment (first attempting failed)

Hello everyone,

 

I have a technician appointment for setting up new internet connection at my apartment on Monday 05.12.2022. I received email and message both stating I don't need to be at home waiting for the technician, and my connection will be activated automatically. During the appointment time slot I received a phone call from the technician saying my connection have some problem and I will need a new appointment. The process tracking page  https://termin.telekom.de/? says my order still being processed and they will contact me soon for a new appointment. However I've been receiving nothing since then. I try to schedule a new appointment online at https://termin.telekom.de/verschieben/but it always shows they can't offer my an appointment.

 

Could anyone please enlighten me what should I do to make a new appointment? Apparently didn't wait at home during the first appointment was a huge mistake and I will definitely wait at home next time...

      Hello, 

      you know, this could simply be related to Germany's shortage of labour . Plus the coming holidays. Give it a bit more time, I do understand your situation but that is the way it is, sadly.

      in that case it's better when I call you back, so we can take care of a new appointment for you.

      Unfortunately it is too late today, so we cannot reach the responsible department.

      Is there any chance for you to call me today or tomorrow for the new appointment? I understand everyone must be busy due to the labor shortage, but no internet is really frustrating...
