Telecom Techician dint show up

I ordered new internet on 14.06.2022, technician was booked with an appointment on 29.06.2022. Even after checking I wanted internet soon they dint provide early appointment.
I took leave and stayed at home as appointment told that technician may visit from 8am till 4pm. I started to call telecom customer service at 1pm they told I have time till 4pm so technician might visit by 4pm, I waited patiently and I made a call at 4:05pm and they said technician is running late and will arrive shortly by 6pm. I asked them to call the technician or provide the number to me to conform what time will they come. Unfortunately the worst service I have expirenced is with telecom because they say they cannot contact the technician who will be visiting my home and I felt they is a huge gap between there service and it's a inconvenience caused and I waited waited but the technician dint show up.
The Wrost and s#|t service from telecom.. now I'm at home without internet from past 16 days because of telecom.. No one is helping me at customer service that is even more frustrating. Please don't buy telecom internet in berlin, Germany. Rather fo with vodafone.

So if they had given you the number - you would have called and talked in German? Or do you think that the technician would have talked in English?

If that is the worst service for you then your frustration level is incredibly low.
It is very clear that not every appointment can be met. Worst case the technician had a car accident and is in the hospital - hopefully that is not the case. By German telecommunication law since Dec. 1st 2022 there will be a refund of 10 Euro from Telekom due to the missed appointment.
It is very clear to everybody in this forum that you had a not so nice experience and that Telekom basically will be sorry for missing the appointment.

Somit Englisch als vermittelnde WeltSprache für die Anfangszeit,....

this is not a good experience, definitely.
What did you do since then? Did you call the hotline and did you try to get a new visit date? If not I would recommend to do so.

i have informed the Telekom hilft Team, that you need help. And i told them, you need somebody with englisch knowledge to speek with you in englisch.
I saw your Adress in one of the pictures, you have posted as file (Dateianhang). Posting the real adress is not allowed in the Telekom hilft Community, for save you and your identity.
Please open your Posting (press the three point and then "... bearbeiten") and put the picture away, in that your Adress is. And Then work with the picture, make the Adress black and the map of the picture. And after that put the worked picture instead the killed picture in your Post, and send.
