telekom internet contract termination as i am moving out

I applied for telekom internet contract termination as i am moving out but they say there is already a service of telekom provided at
new place but there is no service and there is some other internet provider already there from housing company , i am unable to
terminate my contract i applied for it and got auto reply. how can i end it no call service is helping and nobody knows what to do.
experiencing very bad customer service and no one able to tell anything.
I uploaded my new rental agreement.

Thank you very much for the pleasant conversation earlier 🙂
As discussed, there is no special right of termination here, as we can technically provide your current contract at the new address. The only option is to have the connection moved or to cancel at the end of the contract term.
