Telekom signing me up to services WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

I would have used the Issue tab, except you make it a mandatory field to choose and area and then provide no area options to choose from... absolute joke.
So here we are. I can't believe i used to recommend this company to people. I never will again.
I moved apartment over a month ago. I tried to switch my contract over and after 2 weeks Telekom informed me they can't make a connection and I can cancel with 1 month notice or use their 5G service.
I took a few days to think and right before I was about to cancel I suddenly get an email "confirmation" about signing up for the 5G . I was at work and did NOT agree to this!
After calling them, they sent me cancellation forms for both the old and new service they signed me up for. I filled them out and it said it would take a few days ro process. That was 2 weeks ago with NO response!
HOWEVER, I just received another email out of nowhere. Hoping it was the cancellation acceptance. BUT NO! They signed me up for ANOTHER service!
Cancel all these services, revoke all the costs you are illegally charging me for WITHOUT CONSENT and leave me alone!
I cannot seem to get through to you any other way. So maybe making it public is the only option to be heard. The next step I will seek legal advice.

The only thing I can imagine is that they provided you another technology equal or better to your active contract and gave you the option to withdraw within a certain period and you missed it due to a misunderstanding.
Which plan did you have before and which one now?

Ahh interesting.
Regardless, I did not want it and never agreed to have it. So regardless of what it is or isn't. They said I had two options and then signed me up anyway. My German boyfriend called and told them I didn't want it and they set me two cancellation forms, as I am still trying to get the old internet also cancelled.
I filled out both forms and got no response after over two weeks. Today I got signed up to renting another speedport smart with this time zero communication and still no consent abd me just getting charge left right and center for multiple internet costs.

@Jumpignon but I didn't order anything that is the problem.
I requested a change of location. They said it wasn't possible, you can have a hybrid solution or you can cancel. And a week later they started this contract I never asked for or agreed to.

Erstaunlich, dabei bietet kein Mitbewerber annähernd so viele Möglichkeiten für die Kontaktaufnahme wie die Telekom 🤷🏼♂️

The mere fact that Telekom agents normally are German native speakers with school English from years ago and that you raise your problem in English rather than in German makes me think "what if this is only a misunderstanding due to language problems".
There are many things that one can handle in English in Germany, for sure - but if it comes to more tricky things then additional problems might come up simply due to language issues. This is true or tax declaration but sometimes also for communication contracts.

Sure, I agree with that, and my German boyfriend calls for me if a call is needed.
But the email they sent me was clear. And I did not respond to it. Yet I was signed up to the service without any consent.
I then filled out both cancellation forms with no response. And today got signed up to another router subscription with no prior communication.
Sure, English to German communication can definitely have misunderstandings. But if the communication never happens I don't see how it can be the problem here.

If someone from Telekom wishes to contact me about this. I am available to speak in English all day today. Otherwise, Monday all day I will have someone who can speak German for me.

There is a fibre connection here which is great. The day Telekom told me they cannot connect to this address, I reached out to the company that laid the lines as they also have a service and they are installing something significantly faster and cheaper for me. Of course with Easter and such there has been a bit of a wait. But now I am worried about being stuck in two contracts.
