Telekom still charging my account after cancellation

Hi, I ordered a move in September. However, Telekom didn’t work in my new apartment, and I received an email from Telekom about their inability to provide internet access. I contacted Telekom to terminate my contract, and I was told to switch to a new provider without taking any further action. However, I later realized that my contract was still active in the Telekom app, and my account was charged at the end of the month after switching providers. I contacted Telekom again, and I was asked to submit a cancellation, even though I was initially told not to. Nonetheless, I submitted the cancellation. My account was charged again, so I contacted Telekom via WhatsApp. I was told I was not properly guided on my second cancellation and that I needed to submit another one. I submitted a third cancellation. Still, I see my contract is active, and my account will be charged again. I don’t understand why Telekom is refusing to cancel my contract. Can someone help me out?

      the cancellation is complete and I made the refunds. You should receive the money within the next couple of days.
