Hello, ill be moving out so there is no need for internet, i dont speak german well, is it possible for someone to guide me through the termination process? I tried to work around it online, but it is asking me for the Rufnummer which im not sure what to add, because no phone numbers work. Thank you, the notifications here are kinda clunky, if possible ill be available on the phone.
