Upgrade auf 250 - Aber es ist deutlich langsamer

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe diese Woche ein Upgrade auf 250Mbps bekommen. Am ersten Tag nach der Freischaltung habe ich einen Speedtest gemacht und war erstaunt, die 250Mbps kamen direkt an, der Upload war auch spitze. 
Daraufhin habe ich später Abends nochmal ein Speedtest gemacht und war etwas enttäuscht, auf einmal nur noch 80Mbps...? Ich dachte mir, evtl. "schrauben" die noch rum oder die Umstellung ist noch nicht komplett fertig und dachte mir, ich gucke am Folgetag nochmal...leider keine Änderung. 

 

Nun ist glaube ich der 3 oder 4 Tage wo ich leider immernoch nicht die Versprochen 250Mbps bekomme...

Hat irgendwer ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht, was kann ich selber tun?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
