Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte für meine neue Mietwohnung einen Internet&DSL Tarif abschließen. Es ist ein Neubau und der Verfügbarkeitscheck funktioniert noch nicht. Daher kann ich keinen Tarif abschließen. Laut Bauleitung ist Telekom schon angeschlossen.

Was kann ich machen, um einen Tarif abzuschließen?
