Very slow connection

Hello!
I have a "Magenta Zuhause L - MagentaTV Basic" plan, connected on July 2.
Before today it was more or less fine, and even there were slowdowns before, they didn't last longer than few minutes.
But today whole morning it is so slow, that I almost cannot work.
I have received a bill for 143 EUR just a week ago. Is it the thing I should pay for?!

It would be great if you could tell us a bit more about your setup:
- What Router/Modem are you using?
- What device did you run the speed tests on? Is the device connected via cable or wifi?
- Does your home network contain any components other than the router and the clients, e g. switches, wifi repeaters, Powerline devices etc.?
- Does MagentaTV work fine it is that service interrupted as well?
