Waiting for the installation for weeks

Hello,

 

I have been trying to get an internet connection from Telekom for weeks.

Although there is an existing Telekom box in the basement of my apartment, I am not even given a Termin date after 3 weeks.

 

I can only see this message:

"Sobald wir Ihnen mögliche Termine zur Installation zur Auswahl bereitstellen können, erhalten Sie eine Benachrichtigung"

I have already tried contacting FMB_Dispo_AV_FTTH_OD5@telekom.de, yet did not receive any useful information.

 

Just tell me that you are not going to provide me an internet connection, if you are not going to do it.

Otherwise, let me know what is happening or when are you planning to give me an appointment.

      Sounds that there might be a ressource shortage.

      Typically Telekom tries several times to realize the DSL contract, after several unsuccessful attempts you would get a "sorry" note.

       

      Be clear that in that case also other DSL providers will frequently not be able to deliver, at least as long as they rely on Telekom lines.

       

      (The ressource shortage can be in a cable distant from your house, but also in the DSLAM/ MSAN itself)

      Good evening @dogukan , I got the response from the technical department, that the finalisation was done now after my request. 

       

      Also I have seen, there is a new appointment for the 8th of november. I tried to call you, but had no luck. If you have any further questions, just let me know. Fröhlich
