Warum haben wir nur 16 MBit/s und die Nachbarn 200MBit/s ?

Hallo,

wir haben das Problem, dass wir nur 16 Mbit/2 bekommen, während die Nachbarschaft schon fast 200Mbit/s haben.

Woran liegt das und könnte irgendwo ein Fehler liegen an der Leitung?
