We have ordered a DSL from Telekom that was supposed to work a week ago, but it's not working.

 

we have contacted the customer service twice for help, the first time they asked us to wait more, the second time last Thursday they said we will receive a call from them, but nothing is received so far.

 

Can you please assist us? me and my wife are working remotely, and we need internet, we are only using mobile data to work with these days. Please we need an urgent assistance.

      please be informed that today the Telekom technicians came to our apartment, however, they couldn't install the Glasfaser wires due to some access issues in the building and they told us to get another appointment for next week. So for now we will have to continue working with the Schnellstart modem you sent us until the next appointment. Therefore, could you please arrange, if possible, an appointment with the technicians for next Monday?

      We have booked an appointment for the closest date which was the 31st of October.

       

      Meanwhile we will kindly ask to keep providing us with vouchers to use as we work remotely and need internet for our work. could you please send us an internet voucher as the one we had was fully consumed?
