Hello,
We have ordered a DSL from Telekom that was supposed to work a week ago, but it's not working.
we have contacted the customer service twice for help, the first time they asked us to wait more, the second time last Thursday they said we will receive a call from them, but nothing is received so far.
Can you please assist us? me and my wife are working remotely, and we need internet, we are only using mobile data to work with these days. Please we need an urgent assistance.

please be informed that today the Telekom technicians came to our apartment, however, they couldn't install the Glasfaser wires due to some access issues in the building and they told us to get another appointment for next week. So for now we will have to continue working with the Schnellstart modem you sent us until the next appointment. Therefore, could you please arrange, if possible, an appointment with the technicians for next Monday?

We have booked an appointment for the closest date which was the 31st of October.
Meanwhile we will kindly ask to keep providing us with vouchers to use as we work remotely and need internet for our work. could you please send us an internet voucher as the one we had was fully consumed?

I hope you guys are doing well!
I want to approach you regarding 2 points:
1) We recently received a letter from Telekom asking us to return the schnellstart modem we received as a temporary solution( for which we thank you again), knowing that the problem is still not solved and the installation of the optical fiber is planned on the 31st October (closest date we found). We plan to return the router however only after the ordered optical fiber is installed.
2) As seen in the picture attached, we also received an email stating that a sum of 75€ will be deducted from my bank account. I don’t know what is this 75€ is about.
Could you please provide some clarifications of the points above?
