But you are providing far to less information to even guess the reason for your problem.
As a minimum:
- Model and revision level of your router/ access device
- Contract scheme
- what are the symptoms / error messages ( ? router log )
- is your problem already reported and has an active ticket.
In any case it could be helpfull to fill in your contact details so Telekom people are able to check and contact you.
