Widerruf Vertrag

Hallo zusammen,

 

mich habe meinen Vertrag widerrufen, in der Bestätigung sind aber nur der Widerruf von Magenta Zuhause, Geschwindigkeit Internetzugang über VDSL, WLAN to go und die online Rechnung storniert. 

 

Auf der Auftragsbestätigung standen aber noch Receiver und Speedport. Werden diese beim Widerruf in der Bestätigung nicht aufgeführt?

    Für den Router und Receiver hast du selbstständige Verträge.

    Endgeräte Servicepaket

    Die mußt du daher auch separat widerrufen.

    Wenn die Geräte schon in der Logistik verarbeitet wurden, dann lassen sie sich nicht mehr im Auftrag storniern. Dann bitte bei der Lieferung die Annahme verweigern bzw über Retourenportal retournieren

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
