Wifi not activated and no English support

Hello, I got DT deal from check24 and it was supposed to start yesterday. Since then I am trying to contact you guys in every possible way but I have no clue what your automated voice is saying in German!!!!!

 

i somehow reached one person who just hung up hearing English. I used your chat service yesterday and they said “if it is mentioned in letter it doesn’t mean it will start at that time”(again in German , if I can use translator and text , why can’t they just do the same?). I have also registered for a call back and no response again!

 

for company stature of deutsche Telekom, this is terrible! I hope there is someone who can assist people in english

note: I am available for a call for anytime in the day! Just get my wifi up and running!

      obviously you can't because the  text you wrote  is in english.

      Complaining about the fact that in Germany German is the Languages is quite a feat.

       

      Unfortunately you don't provide any useful information here. We don't know which contract you have, nor which router you're using. You also say nothing about what status is displayed in the router.

       

      I don’t know if it still exists - might not

      Telekom offers in the past special hotline for technical support in english language.

      Did you receive a letter or email from Telkom with the Words "Auftragsbestätigung" or "Bestätigung Ihres Auftrags" (or similar) on it, and was May 11th confirmed in this document?

       

      Unfortunately any installation date on the Check24 website (or Telekom's own website for that matter) must be considered wishful thinking until it is confirmed in the Auftragsbestätigung (order confirmation). Did you get an order confirmation at all? You wouldn't be the first victim of communication issues between Telekom and Check24...

      Hi,

      I contacted them on chat again. They said there is some problem with their line. They have currently scheduled an appointment.

       

      in short, I have received the confirmation and also the router from Telekom, just that the internet wasn’t working 😅

       

      Hopefully technical expert would know what to do next, when he/she is here next week

      Also, my phone is still here and did not get any calls in past hour. May be it’s a network glitch, you can try again to call(on mobile since I do not have telephone to use number provided to deutsche Telekom ), I am waiting for any more information (about any wifi problems in house so that I can fix it from my end, if there are any)

      as previously discussed on the phone, the technician will arrive on Monday in said timeframe. Should there be a deeper issue at stake, we can provide you with a mobile solution to cover the internet connection during the disruption of your internet connection. Please make sure to let us know right away, if the technician discovers any further issues with your connection.

      Hello @Pramod,

       

      yes, I'm very sorry that the problem couldn't be solved yet. 

       

      There are some technical components that have quitted service and have to be replaced. Normally this does not take that much time, but in this case it seems to be rather difficult. 

       

      But there is already an urgency mark on the ticket, so that the technicians are working on it 24 hours.

      I placed an order for 4 mobile lines through the chat yesterday the agent was very helpful. . I have tried three times to do the video verify and my US passport is fine but then they want something with my address they say it is not valid because Strasse is abbreviated or something else.  We do not have a residence card as we are here with the military.  I went to the store but they said they cannot do the same deal as what I get online. How can I do the video verify.
