Withdawal of Prepaid Balance

Hi, 

I am writing this with a frustrated view of your services. I decided to quit your prepaid service on January, 2022  I have made porting request of my number. I called the customer care and after waiting for 45 minutes, They answered me and I got mail that I terminated my contract, they have send me the link for application to withdrawing the balance. I did the same day. Got a message that the money will be credited in 2 weeks. As of today no money!!!! As of now, you kept on deducting my balance in the account!!!! It was 40euros in my account when i made the request, then you kept deducting monthly and now its 21.60 euros. what should i do!!!!!!!!! I am not using your service and its not even terminated as I told!!!!!! My friend recommended your connection when I arrived in Germany, even he is bit agitated now due to that....
