Withdraw from contract

I was visited by sales person few days ago and I signed order. I want to withdraw from this as it clearly states I have 14 days to do so. I have order number.
If necessary, I can provide all the attachments I received in my e-mail.
Who can help me out with this ? I don't speak German that well.

The best way to get Englisch language support from Telekom Deutschland is through the support team (called " Teamies ") in this community.
Please enter your customer ID (in case you already have one) , a phone number for the Teamies to call you back at and a time frame during which you can be reached best into your community profile. To enter the customer ID and your phone number, you need to enable "ich erteile die Einwilligung für die Verwendung meiner Daten" ("I give constent to using my data") button, then enter the customer ID under "Kundennummer" a phone number (need not be a mobile number) at "Handynummer".
This data you enter is only visited to Telekom staff, not to general users of the community (like myself), all we can see is whether anything has been entered or not.

Hello @ER94 and thank you for the nice call. As discussed, there is no further order in the system after the e-mail for you revocation. I'll keep an eye on it and inform you next week, when everything is through the system. The e-mail I promised, should arrive within the next hour.
