Wlan Gerät verbunden aber kein Zugriff

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe  vor einigen Tagen bei meinem Speedport die Software aktualisiert. Seitdem habe ich mit einigen WLAN Geräten (nicht bei allen) folgendes Problem:

 

Die Geräte z.B. die Alexa Echo Show und mein Arbeitsrechner verbinden sich zwar mit dem Wlan - Geben auch keine Fehlermeldung aus, aber weiter passiert nichts. Alexa meckert sie hat Probleme und bekommt keine Verbindung und mein Arbeitsrechner kann sich nicht mit dem Firmennetzwerk verbinden.

 

Andere Geräte funktionieren aber immer noch ohne Probleme. Schalte ich die oben genannten Geräte auf einen Hotspot von meinem Handy funkioniert dies Einwandfrei.

 

Ich habe an den  WLAN Einstellungen selber nichts geändert.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
