Wrong Contract

I've just moved from Munich to Hamburg since July.

Before I moved, I contacted and confirmed that I would bring my internet contract to my new address. I've talked with a customer service of Telekom on 19.06.25 via phone. The staff has confirmed that my old MagentaZuHause L (150m/s) cannot be moved to my new address because Telekom doesn't have this service at my new address.

Therefore, we've agreed that I'll change to a MegantaZuHause M (50m/s) contract instead, I've also received the new contract before the new internet is installed. According to our discussion, I'll use this MegantaZuHause M internet for a couple of months before Telekom's Glasfaser service is available in my area. The details of the price I received were as below:

However, I just received the bill for July this morning, which showed that I'm still paying for the MagentaZuHause L contract at 48.9 euros as below:

I assume there is a mistake in my contract and bill. I wonder how this would be solved?

      We need to call you, to legitimize you with Costumer number and the last six numbers of your IBAN.
