Wrong Phone Number

Hello, I have been using MagentaZuhause M for the past few years and today I submitted the form on this website to change to MagentaZuhause L.

 

Unfortunately on the form I entered the wrong Vorwahl for my Handy number, I typed 0178 but it should have been 0176.  After submitting the form it said it sent a confirmation code to my Handy, which of course I didn't receive.  There was also an 'uberspringen' option so I clicked that, and it seems that everything is fine, but I didn't get a confirmation email either.

 

Is there any way to change the Handy number associated with my tariff change request?

      Of course - for an easy clarification, plse complete
      under Profile Settings (“Profil”) - My Settings (“Meine Einstellungen”)
      your customer no. (“Kundennummer”) and your handy number (“Rückrufnummer”)

      (unless already done).

      This data can be read only by you and the
      Telekom employees.

      So that a direct communication is much easier.

      Request for short entry as soon as your data are stored

      Thanks for filling your profile.

      I had a look at your contract and couldn't find an upgrade to Magenta Zuhause L. It's about your contract out of your profile, right? At the moment it looks like we have to do a new order for the upgrade.

      Thanks Karsten, I tried to order it again using the tarif change form, I chose Magenta Zuhause L and then entered all my details again but then it says "Für diese Anschrift und E-Mail-Adresse ist bereits eine Vorbestellung aufgenommen worden."

       

      And yes, it's the same contract that I have entered in my profile here.

      You signed up for the preorder of VDSL100. As soon as the quicker line will be available you will get notified.
      The number will be changed as well.

      Everything is alright.
