Hallo, kann mir jemand helfen?

Ich habe verzweifelt versucht, Dateien in meine magentacloud hochzuladen.

Bei Dateien von mehr als 10 MB tut das System kommentarlos(!) - ohne Fehlermeldung - nichts!!!

Bei kleineren Dateien habe ich kein Problem.

Das Problem habe ich erst seit der neuen magentacloud; früher ging alles problemlos.

Für eine Antwort wäre ich dankbar.
