Hello. I am a Telekom customer. I lost my Telekom SIM card and I got eSim last year. I am in Australia and still stuck can not travel back. Recently I changed my iPhone to upgrade. I spent 5 nights taking to robot, I can not call any customer service and since my phone can be paired I can’t receive any verification code. I asked for call back multiple times.
My phone can detect my German number.
1. can I get a sim reader if I provide you my IEMI OR alternatively when I try to scan code it doesn’t work. But it asks me to enter SM-DP + Address and activation code. The new QR is sent to my German address but my sublettet is on holiday until next month.
can someone simply call me back on xxxxxxxxxxx
it is already 5 nights in a row trying to fix this. As I can’t log in to any German account. please please call me back it’s 2am.

Can't the person send you a picture of the QR code, which you can then scan?
