Speicherplatz voll, obwohl erst 46 GB von 1 TB belegt

obwohl laut App erst 46 GB von den gebuchten 1TB belegt sind, kann ich keine Daten mehr hochladen. Angeblich zu wenig Speicher. auch im FileExplorer (in dem Magenta Cloud angezeigt wird) keine ich keine Daten hochladen. Ich finde leider auch keine Lösung für mein Problem. Hat jemand eine Idee? Vielen Dank!
