Hallo, es gelingt mir nicht den Altersnachweis hochzuladen. Die Sim Karte ist in einer XPlora - Smartwatch und da kommt keine SMS mit der Bestätigungs TAN an. Kann ich den Nachweis auch per e-mail an die Telekom senden?
