Hallo,

ich habe mir im Telekom Shop über die aktuelle Aktion in der Magenta Moments App ein neues iPhone 16 bestellt. Nun möchte ich mein altes iPhone 11 Pro einsenden, um den Ankaufswert plus den zusätzlichen Ankaufbonus von 100 € zu erhalten. (Aktuelle AKtion)

Leider wird die IMEI meines neuen iPhone 16 nicht akzeptiert – weder online noch im Shop funktioniert es. Ich habe die IMEI bereits mit und ohne Leerzeichen eingegeben, aber es klappt leider nicht. (es kommt die Meldung Code/ IMEI -Nummer ungültig.)

Das neue Handy kam bereits am Dienstag.
