Aufladecode nicht lesbar -Sperrung..

Hallo, ich habe an der Tankstelle eine Auflade karte gekauft, leider ist eine Nummer nicht lesbar, Aufladung wegen Sperrung nicht mehr möglich. Was kann ich tun? Danke im Voraus

      Hallo @dramac.zeljko,

      ich habe soeben mehrmals versucht dich zu erreichen.
      Die Sperre wurde aufgehoben du hast nun 3 weitere Versuche.
      Eine Auslesung des Codes unsererseits ist nicht möglich.
