Ich habe vor 2 Jahren über die Firma Alphacom eine Automatische Guthabenaufladung aktiviert. Nun möchte ich gerne die Automatische Aufladung deaktivieren doch wird im Kundencenter der Telekom diese Automatische Aufladung gar nicht angezeigt. Ich habe auch noch keine Lösung gefunden dies zu Bewerkstelligen.
