automatische Aufladung nicht möglich

Eine automatische Aufladung für meine Rufnummer ist nicht möglich, da angeblich bereits eine automatische Aufladung für meine Rufnummer besteht.

In der App als auch im webbasierten Account ist jedoch keine automatische Aufladung hinterlegt.

Wie kriege ich es hin?
