Ich habe am 01.04. eine PlusKarte Flex bestellt, dort hieß es, der Bereitstellungspreis entfällt.

Heute war die Portierung und in der Auftragsbestätigung werden 19,95 einmalige Kosten berechnet...

Ist das ein Versehen?
