Cancel my family card

Hello,
Please help me to cancel my #familycard which I just ordered it today.
I need to cancel it NOW, not 2years later, because it is not the same thing I was promised. I wanted to order a family card with my old phone number from another telephone company. The customer service told me it is possible. Therefore, I made the order. But now, I received the contract with new phone number. It is nothing I was promised earlier.
i have been trying to call the hotline the whole day, and cannot find anyone who can speak English with me. And it is very frustrating. I don’t believe it is fair to ask me to pay the contract I do not agree with. Please help me.

How did you conclude the Family Card contract? Online, by phone or in the Telekom Shop? When did you receive the order confirmation?

Unfortunately I couldn't reach you by phone.
But I've already looked into the contract situation.
You cannot order a porting with the FamilyCard on your own, Support has to do that for you.
You had contact with a colleague yesterday, right?
He order the FamilyCard and do the porting.
For the wrong FamilyCard without porting, please use the linked revocation form.
Then the wrong order will be cancelled.
