Cannot add mobile contract to account

Hallo, apologies for  English, still learning German. 

we’ve had mobile contracts for almost 2 months yet I can’t get them added to our online account for bill management. Tried several times online as well as went into a shop for help, still won’t work. We did verify the email on our mobile contract is the same as the login online.

      Thank you very much for your post. Is it possible that both contracts have separate customer numbers? Or are both contracts registered under the same customer number?

      Have you already registered for a customer center account at www.telekom.de and indicated there that you have your mobile phone contract with us? 🙃

      Yes we’ve set up the customer center account. But every time I attempt to add the mobile contract via the phone number, I only get an error message.

      in regards to the contracts, it was a completely new account when created. We’ve recently gotten an Internet plan via Telekom as well and that connected fine to the customer account center via the same email used for our phone plans.
