Can't connect a prepaid card to meinmagenta account

How can I connect my prepaid card to the meinmagenta app account? I tried it using the app and active the prepaid sim, but that registration kept failing. Using the website I was able to active my prepaid sim, but it is not showing up in my account. How can I connect these together?

Hello @Mehschaap ,
You should be able to connect it via "Vertrag hinzufügen" at the bottom of the homepage of the App. That doesn't work?
Did you create a login and if so, do you use your E-Mail and password to login or do you use your phone number?
You can also add it on the website.
