In this case we can offer you a mobile phone contract. But we have to call you, because if you do not have a German ID or an EU Passport an online submission with other documents is not possible. In order to complete a mobile phone contract with us, you have to fulfill all of these requirements:
- A valid identification document (passport with residence permit or visa) is required.
- Registration must be completed with a current German address.

thanks for the friendly call.
As per your request I have submitted your order. I have checked my information again, and it was possible to also book the Zusatzkarte in the same process. So if your order has been checked by us, and have successfully completed all necessary steps, you don't have to call us again for the Zusatzkarte (Plus Card).
You will receive further information via mail. In the next few hours, you should receive a link to complete the online-ident which is necessary for your new mobile phone contract.
