In this case we can offer you a mobile phone contract. But we have to call you, because if you do not have a German ID or an EU Passport an online submission with other documents is not possible. In order to complete a mobile phone contract with us, you have to fulfill all of these requirements:
- A valid identification document (passport with residence permit or visa) is required.
- Registration must be completed with a current German address.
Do all of these points apply? Great! Please suggest a suitable callback timeframe, in which you are available for a call.
