I am trying to order MagentaMobil M Flex with the current World Cup promotion (unlimited data for 24 months), including eSIM and number porting from my current freenet FUNK contract.
Unfortunately, I cannot complete the online order because the identity verification only allows German ID cards and EU/UK passports. I am a Canadian citizen and therefore only have a Canadian passport.
I currently live in Germany and have:
- A valid Canadian passport
- A valid German visa/residence status
- Anmeldung / registered German address
- A German bank account
I would like to order:
- MagentaMobil M Flex
- eSIM
- Rufnummernmitnahme from freenet FUNK
- Potentially the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion FIFA Edition device offer as well
I am an English speaker. If possible, I would appreciate being contacted by someone who is comfortable communicating in English.

Your residence permit card should work.
Otherwise if possible visit a Telekom shop as they can do verification manually but I don’t know if they can make you a similar offer.

Hi @Carolin L. I think I screwed up when I tried to pay the 1 euro down payment for the motorola and it keeps saying that that payment is being processed in another window. Are you able to resend that link?
