Can't login - smartphone tarife

Hello,

 

I'm a telekom zuhause and mobilfunk with smartphone contract customer. 

 

I pay over 100 EUR each month for little over a year.

 

So today I was trying to book an additional smartphone contract and i ticked the toggle regarding if im a internet (i imagine ift refers to landline internet) as you can see in the picture below:

i go on my way and choose a smartphone from the menu, and then i have this screen:

I insert a string of digits ending in @T-Online.de and my password. I use these set of credentials to access rechnungs, etc. I can see everything related to my telekom accounts. So must be this. 

 

Returns an error saying that either the password or username is wrong, although i was actually logged in when i started this process.
